Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Return an order:
1. Request shipping label: To start a return, you can contact us at customer-service@diamaura.com to obtain a prepaid return shipping label.
2. Packing your return order: For any returns or exchanges, please ensure to include all original packaging and related materials, including the packing slip and all diamond certificates (failure to do so will result in a $250 replacement fee per certificate). For resizing requests, there's no need to return the original certificates and related materials. For your security, avoid mentioning words such as jewelry, diamonds, or anything similar on the package.
3. Ship your return: Drop off to your nearest courier drop box or staffed location.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Orders outside of our 30-day return policy (including Layaway orders).
- Engraved fine jewelry. Please note that while you can return an engraved ring, we charge $40 to remove the custom engraving.
- Personalized fine jewelry such as name necklaces.
- Items that have been previously exchanged.
- Custom designed jewelry.
- Orders with any additional or manual discounts are final sale and non-returnable

Orders that have been altered during production or remade/modified after delivery — including but not limited to resizing, re-engraving, stone changes, structural adjustments are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International returns(Outside the United States)
Since international returns are not subject to our free return policy, our international customers will need to pay a return shipping fee. Shipping fees are subject to change based on individual countries. Additionally, shipping fees incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned order, it will undergo an inspection from DiamAura's Quality Assurance team to verify its state. The return process usually takes around five working days from the date we receive the item. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
