Feel free to reach out to the DiamAura team for facilitating the return of your ring. It's essential to provide the correct new ring size when you do so. Keep in mind that we offer one free resizing service per purchase. Please contact us through customer-service@diamaura.com

Should the ring require adjustments beyond two sizes (a size is 1/4) in either direction, additional charges including the labor fee and gold waste might apply, or it may necessitate a complete replacement of the setting. Please note, having your ring resized at a non-DiamAura approved jeweler will result in the nullification of your lifelong guarantee.

Some Rings Cannot Be Resized:

Due to the unique creation and structure of select rings, there are some that cannot be adjusted in size. Such details will be readily apparent in the product information of each specific ring on DiamAura or will be shared with you during the personalized design journey.

To provide some insight, the following rings cannot be adjusted in size:

- Fully encrusted pavé bands

- Tungsten

- Titanium

However, Platinum, White Gold, Yellow Gold, and Rose Gold rings from DiamAura can be resized within the following range:
 - Pavé band (With pavé covering ⅔ or less of the band) - 2 sizes up or 2 sizes down (From US7.5 to US7, or From US7.5 to US8).
 - Triple pavé band – 1 sizes up or 1 sizes down (From US7.5 to US7.25, or From US7.5 to US7.75).
 - Plain band – 2 sizes up or 2 sizes down (From US7.5 to US7, or From US7.5 to US8).
 - Any resizing that falls outside of these ranges will require your ring to be remade, and will incur additional charges for labor and gold waste.
