Should the ring require adjustments beyond three sizes in either direction, additional charges might apply, or it may necessitate a complete replacement of the setting. Please note, having your ring resized at a non-DiamAura approved jeweler will result in the nullification of your lifelong guarantee.
Some Rings Cannot Be Resized:
Due to the unique creation and structure of select rings, there are some that cannot be adjusted in size. Such details will be readily apparent in the product information of each specific ring on DiamAura or will be shared with you during the personalized design journey.
To provide some insight, the following rings cannot be adjusted in size:
- Fully encrusted pavé bands
- Tungsten
- Titanium
However, Platinum, White Gold, Yellow Gold, and Rose Gold rings from DiamAura can be resized within the following range:
- Pavé band (With pavé covering ⅔ or less of the band) - 2.5 sizes up or 2 sizes down.
- Triple pavé band – Can be enlarged by 1 size or reduced by 1/2 a size only.
- Plain band – Can be either increased or decreased by 4 sizes.
